Cork County Council has choosen Safety-Tec to Supply
Defibtech AEDs throughout Cork County.
Safety-Tec are delighted to have been chosen by the
largest County Council in Ireland to partner with them
in the rollout if their AED programme. Having considered
several companies Safety-Tec has been selected to meet
the requirements of Cork County Council. Local Councils
continue to support local jobs by selecting Irish
companies to service their needs. |

The State Solicitors Office deploy Defibtech AEDs
The state Solicitors Office has chosen Safety-Tec to
supply Defibtech AEDs To their head office in Dublin.
Several AEDs will be wall mounted in cabinets For use by
trained personnel. |

Mayo VEC has deployed Defibtech AEDs from Safety-Tec
across the county in Educational Facilities. Safety-Tec
successfully completed the tendering process to supply
Mayo VEC Defibrillator Programme. |

Irish Medicines Board (IMB) Deploy Defibtech AED |
| The Irish Medicines
Board, the organisation responsible for the approval and
licensing of Medical Devices in Ireland have installed a
Defibtech Lifeline AED in their office’s in the
Earlsfort Centre, Dublin 2. The unit is deployed for
emergency operation within the centre. |

Quinn Healthcare Choose Defibtech AED’s |
| Quinn Healthcare, one
of Ireland’s leading health insurance providers has
deployed a Defibtech AED in it’s premises in Fermoy, Co.
Cork. In addition to supplying the AED Safety-Tec have
also trained and certified members of the Healthcare
team in AED operation. |

Resources Purchase Defibtech AED’s. |
| The Department
of Communication, Energy & Natural Resources have
purchased Defibtech Defibrillators for deployment in
their Cavan offices. Safety-Tec were successful in the
tender for the supply of the AED’s, wall mounting
cabinets and in the provision of Irish Heart Foundation
Certified Training. |

The Construction Industry Federation Choose Defibtech |
| The Construction
Industry Federation of Ireland have purchased Defibtech
AED’s to be deployed in their offices for emergency
deployment. The CIF have recommended to their members to
consider the deployment of AED in their premises
nationwide. |

“The Shipton Group” deploy Defibtech AED’s in 3 Major
Cork Shopping Centre’s. |
The shipton group,
one of Ireland’s largest development companies has
deployed Defibtech Defibrillator’s in three major Cork
shopping centres. The AED’s are available as PAD’s,
Public Access Defibrillator’s. At any stage members of
the public can access the AED’s which are located in
alarmed cabinets in their shopping centres should they
be needed. The Defibrillators are located in the
following centre’s
Douglas Village Shopping Centre
Blackpool Shopping Centre
Douglas Court Shopping Centre
Safety-Tec have also trained and certified members of
staff in AED operation. |

| Office of Public Works Choose Defibtech
Defibrillators… |
| Safety-Tec have
recently been awarded a contract from the office of
public works (OPW) to provide Defibrillators in their
premises nation wide. The initial deployment of AEDs
(approx 20 units) is underway with premises such as Aras
An Uachtarain and Dublin Castle being equipped with
Defibtech Defibrillators. The scope of the tender
awarded is for the provision of up to two hundred AEDs
to be supplied to the OPW in the coming year making it
the single biggest AED supply contract ever awarded
outside of the HSE. |

| Bord Gais Choose Defibtech Defibrillators… |
| Bord Gais have
recently supplied offices in Cork and Dublin with
Defibtech Defibrillators. In this initial rollout of
AEDs Bord Gais have chosen Safety-Tec for both the
supply of the Defibrillators, wall mounted storage
cabinets and Irish Heart Foundation approved training.

| FAS have recently
distributed Defibtech Defibrillators to the majority of
their offices nationwide with plans to further this
deployment in the coming year. To date training centres
in Cork , Limerick, Waterford, and Meath have been
supplied with Defibrillators. |

| Irish Distillers (Midleton,
Cork) manufactures of Jameson and Midleton whiskeys have
recently introduced Defibtech Defibrillators into their

| CIT continue roll out of Defibtech
Defibrillators… |
| To date the Cork
Institute of Technology have installed nine Defibtech
Defibrillators throughout their campuses including the
new state of the art “national school of music” CIT are
continuing to purchase AEDs from Safety-Tec and have
chosen Safety-Tec to train their Emergency Response Team
on campus in AED operation, oxygen therapy, airway
management and other life saving interventions.
